SOMETHING WET was originated in 1989 when a booking agency suggested that Ray come out from behind
the drums and become the front man of a new band. He put an act together performing variety dance music whose fresh selections and energetic stage show entertained in thousands of venues throughout the tri-state area including a two month headline at the HARD ROCK CAFE in Acalpulco Mexico! As the areas club scenes began to draw a more diverse mix of age groups and musical tastes, the band also started to cover a wider range of songs and styles from ELVIS to BLINK182 and everything in-between while still keeping true to their tradition; 100% recognizable, 100% danceable, 110% electrifying performance ! |
